Description
1-Methoxyphaseollidin, isolated from the roots of Licorice, inhibits lysoPAF acetyltransferase activity. 1-Methoxyphaseollidin demonstrates moderate cytotoxic activity against KB and L1210 cells. Additionally, 1-Methoxyphaseollidin exhibits anti-Helicobacter pylori activity, effective against both CLAR and AMOX-resistant strains as well as four CLAR (AMOX)-sensitive strains.
