Description
Tiplaxtinin is a novel, orally active prothrombolytic drug that functions as a plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1) inhibitor. It accelerates fibrinolysis while maintaining normal coagulation in coronary occlusion models. Tiplaxtinin demonstrates antithrombotic efficacy in rat models of arterial and venous vascular injury without affecting platelet aggregation.
